SolarTek was originally founded by William Burgoyne in February of 2014, since then we have had the opportunity involved in numerous projects ranging from small residential projects all the way up to the largest commercial solar project in the state of Utah.
We pride ourselves in being on the cutting edge of new technology in order to truly provide our customers with the best possible solutions available. We work directly with both large manufacturers as well as several small start-up companies that offer promising new technology.
Our Story
Providing Solar Services Since 2014
Our team has been in the commercial construction space since 1982 where we started working in California, one of the more strict states in the country. William has extensive experience with projects ranging from 100,000 sf warehouse/ office tilt-ups to Apple Computer offices, from Safeway Regional Distribution Center with nearly 2,000,000 sf to Hospital Operating rooms, from Research facilities at Lawrence Livermore Labs to Oil Refineries.
We relocated to Utah in 1994 and have been involved locally and licensed as a general under another name, American Pride construction in 1995. We are currently licensed as SolarTek Construction Management, llc and have had that license since 2014. Since then we have overseen over 12 Million dollars in work in Utah. We are currently licensed in Oregon as well under the CCB license listed on our home page.
